Replies inbox
When a lead replies through OutreachSender or ReachDak, the sequencer sends the reply to ReadyBuyerFinder (see Sequencer contract). You find every reply under Replies (/app/replies).
Labels
Each reply is labelled at once by rules, then refined by the AI (Surge's own Qwen server):
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Interested | Positive, wants to know more |
| Wants a meeting | Asked for or accepted a call |
| Referred someone else | Named another person |
| Not now | Maybe later, next quarter, after Diwali |
| Not interested | A clear no |
| Asked to stop | Unsubscribe, remove me, don't contact me |
| Out of office | Auto-reply or leave |
| Wrong person | Left the company, not their area |
| Other | None of the above |
If our rules find nothing specific and the sequencer sent its own sentiment, that sentiment is used.
Summary and suggested answer
The AI adds a one-line summary and a suggested answer. The answer is fact-checked like every draft, and the inbox shows any problems to check before sending.
ReadyBuyerFinder never sends the answer. Copy it, edit it, and send it from your sequencer or mailbox. Then click Mark handled.
What labels change
- Asked to stop suppresses the person in every agent.
- Wants a meeting moves the lead to Meeting. Other labels move it to Replied.
- Labels feed the learning loop.
- Your Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp alerts on the agent get a message for each reply, and
reply.receivedREST hooks fire.
