Fact-checked messages

AI first messages that only use real facts

ReadyBuyerFinder is free; you pay third-party costs at cost. AI-written outreach goes wrong when it guesses: the wrong job title, a funding round that never happened, a made-up compliment. ReadyBuyerFinder gives the AI only the lead's sourced facts, then checks the draft in code. A draft that fails is never sent automatically.

1. The AI gets facts, not the internet

For each new lead, the AI receives only:

  • what you sell, from your ICP
  • the person's first name and title
  • the company's name, industry, city and description
  • the lead's signals, as numbered facts, each with its source

Its rules: use only those facts (no invented numbers, names, events or compliments), never mention website visits or tracking, open with the reason to write now, link it to one problem you solve, and end with a low-pressure question. Drafts are 60 to 110 words, in English.

2. Code checks the draft

  • every number, amount and percentage must appear in the facts
  • every funding round (Seed, Series A and so on) and every job title must appear in the facts
  • the greeting must use the right first name
  • there must be no tracking language

3. Failures go to you, not to the prospect

If a check fails, the lead page shows the reasons and the draft waits for your review. Auto mode only pushes leads whose email is verified and whose draft passed. If the AI server is unavailable, ReadyBuyerFinder uses a plain template and marks it for review. ReadyBuyerFinder never sends email itself; approved leads go to your sequencer.

Hi Ananya,

Congrats on the $6M Series A. Teams that grow sales after a round often struggle to keep pipeline steady while new SDRs ramp…

✓ “$6M” → Inc42, 22 Oct

✓ “Series A” → Inc42, 22 Oct

✓ No tracking language

The facts this draft was given

  • 1. Raised $6M Series A (Inc42)

Sample data from the demo workspace. Kavya Pay is not a real company.

How we measure it

On our fixed test set, first-message drafts written by Surge's own AI model passed this code fact-check 4 out of 4 times (24 Oct 2026). That is a small test, not customer data, and it does not say anything about reply rates. Method and all results.

Suggested answers to replies are fact-checked in the same way, and ReadyBuyerFinder never sends them for you. Messages are written by Surge's own AI server (Qwen) by default; Claude is used only if it is switched on as a fallback. Your data is not used to train models. Read the docs.
