AI messages and the fact-check

For every new lead, the AI writes a short first email (60–110 words) in your tone. It gets only:

  • what you sell (from your ICP),
  • the person's first name and title,
  • the company's name, industry, city and description,
  • the lead's signals, as numbered facts.

Rules the AI must follow

  • Use only the facts given: no invented numbers, names, events or compliments.
  • Never mention website visits, tracking, or how the lead was found.
  • Open with the reason to write now, connect it to one problem you solve, and end with a low-pressure question.

The fact-check

After the AI writes the draft, code checks it:

  • every number, amount and percentage must appear in the facts,
  • every funding round (Seed, Series A…) and job title must appear in the facts,
  • the greeting must use the right first name,
  • there must be no tracking language.

If a draft fails, the lead page shows the reasons, and the draft is never sent automatically. If the AI server is unavailable, ReadyBuyerFinder uses a plain template and marks it for review.

Which AI

Messages are written by Surge's own AI server (Qwen) by default. Claude is used only if it is switched on as a fallback. Your data is not used to train models.

Drafts are in English at launch; Hinglish and seven Indian languages are built and switched off for now. See Languages and the IST send window.
