Privacy policy
Last updated 24 October 2026.
ReadyBuyerFinder is a product of Surge Software Solutions Private Limited ("we"), Bengaluru, India. This policy covers three groups of people:
- our customers
- people in the leads our customers find
- visitors to our customers' websites
Our customers (account holders)
We collect:
- your email address
- your workspace name
- the settings you enter
- billing details, which Razorpay or Stripe handle (we do not store card numbers)
- logs of what you do in the app
We use them to run the service, bill you and support you.
People in leads
ReadyBuyerFinder processes business contact information about people at companies: name, job title, company, work email and public profile links. It also processes buying signals about them. These come from public sources (news, job boards, company websites, public filings) or from data our customer uploads.
We do this on behalf of our customer, who decides whom to contact. We do not sell this data.
Anyone can ask us to delete their data, or never to process it again, by writing to the address below. We then add them to a suppression list.
Visitors to customers' websites
The ReadyBuyerFinder pixel records page views, an anonymous first-party cookie id, and the company associated with the visitor's IP address. It identifies a person only when they submit their email address to the customer's website.
Customers must disclose the pixel in their own privacy notice and, where the law requires it, collect consent.
AI
Text is processed by Surge's own AI server. Data is not used to train models unless the customer opts in.
How long we keep data
We keep data while the workspace is active and delete it within 30 days after the workspace is closed. The exception is billing records, which the law requires us to keep.
