Agency workspaces

Agency workspaces are included: an agency can run ReadyBuyerFinder for its clients from one account.

How it works

• Open Agency in the app and add a client. Each client gets its own workspace.
• Data never mixes. Each client workspace has its own agents, leads, integrations, API keys and members.
• One allowance. The agents and the monthly lead limit are the agency's and shared across all clients. The Agency page shows usage per client.
• Workspace switcher. Everyone who runs the agency can open every client from the switcher.
• A client workspace cannot have clients of its own.

White label

In the agency workspace, an owner or admin can set a name and a colour for client workspaces and choose to hide the ReadyBuyerFinder name. Your clients then see your brand in the app.

Inviting clients

Invite client staff from Settings → Team inside their workspace. They see only that workspace.

Deleting

Deleting the agency workspace deletes its client workspaces too.
